Beautiful studio at Ashford avenue, it's a loft with one queen bed, one full bed, one twin and one full futon, you feel like in a cruise when you see in the futon, it has little lagoon view. Complex has pool, garden, very close to La Concha, Marriott, Conrad, ideal up to 5.

Great place for the price right near old San Juan!

I was very pleased with the accommodations at this building. I felt safe with the secure lobby and with the dead bolt on the condo door. The maintenance persons were prompt and helpful when that was needed. The host was also prompt in his communications. I hope to come back again!

We stayed here for two nights and loved the location—it’s unbeatable in San Juan, with many great restaurants and hotels just steps away. The host was very responsive, which we appreciated. The apartment is quite small, more like a studio, but it’s suitable for two adults and a child. While the place is clean, it is a bit outdated. The pool is a highlight—it’s beautiful and adds a nice touch to the stay. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night, especially considering the vibrant nightlife downtown. One thing to note is that you’ll need to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

While location is good with many eateries walk away , may be worth for singles or couples . I would recommend for family if 4 . It’s a 1 bedroom with 2 beds & small kitchen .
