We had a wonderful stay at Cesar’s place! The location is excellent—just a short drive from the airport and Old San Juan, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and beaches. The view of the beach and city from the balcony is absolutely spectacular.
The space was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. However, there are a few minor drawbacks to note. The unit is not soundproof, so we were occasionally woken up early by construction noise and sirens. The fridge had a distinct odor, and parking can be a bit tricky if you have a larger car due to the surrounding pillars.
That said, we highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting San Juan. Cesar is a fantastic and friendly host, making the experience even better!

This unit was a perfect place for our needs. Great location. Walkable to beach, shops, bars and restaurants, car rental, casinos. It is nicely appointed with amenities as described in the owner’s description. The pool was a huge plus for us. Cesar and Edward were friendly and helpful with responses to questions and maintenance requests.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! I highly recommend Cesar’s home if you’re coming to visit San Juan. It’s beautiful (love the decor), conveniently located, and priced well! There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and small markets in walking distance. Cesar or his co-host were also very responsive whenever I sent a message. They have easy rules to follow and check-in was breeze.

The place was great. Beautiful views, across the street from beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was a mast to get old San Juan as well as highway for day trips. Edward was very quick to respond to my messages. I really enjoyed my stay.
