Very nice spot to be in, right next to the beach and plenty of bars/restaurants around. Only thing I had a problem with was that the sink kept flooding after simple tasks as washing hands/face. Unfortunately the view isn’t as nice shown in pics from the window.

We Ioved Puerto Rico! This spot is the best, close to everything. The host is very responsive, but if you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not the spot. My son and I were just fine, but very small and no hot water for showers. We had a problem with plumbing, but the host was responsive and fixed it immediately. We were barely in the room, as we were out venturing. There is a lot of construction going on which didn’t bother us at all, but it is very noisy.

This home was located in a great touristy area of San Juan. Close to some great areas as well many great restaurants nearby. Some of the rules were a bit surprising but we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Would stay again 🙂
