Angie’s place was a great deal with walkable close access to condado beaches and restaurants. Access was safe and secure in both the lobby and digital key pad.

Angie was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a great area, was accurately depicted, and provided a great base to explore San Juan.

Great spot across the street from the wedding we had to go to. Parking space that comes with it is wonderful too, good partnership with the store outside. We booked last minute so understand that there was still some mess from the last people (towels, hair, their used toilet paper). Angie brought us clean towels as soon as she could.

Second time staying at this building and I loved it. The location is perfect and everything is close by. Ubers are very accessible. The beach is across the street. The only con about this place is that there were two big roaches in the bathroom but I read all of the previous reviews and they didn’t surprise me but I am petrified of them so they did make me very paranoid every time I entered the bathroom. But besides that I loved my stay here! It’s also very perfect for a solo female traveler.

The host was very nice and responsive and helpful. The place was a great and simple place to stay. Beach was close by and the pool was a great option too!
