Edward was awesome!!! We had a few dropped calls. Because of spotty phone reception and he always got back through text. Very knowledgeable about surrounding areas and he always gave us the info in the area and around the island. The place is walking distance to all amentaties in Condado. I had my girlfriend , her daughter and my daughter. We walked back (late) a few nights and never once felt unsafe.

The place had everything that was promised. The location was close to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. There was off street parking. This was very important because it was a very popular area, which has very little petong open on the street. I would be happy to go back to rent it again.

The apartment was very spacious, very comfortable and close to everything. The area is safe and very quiet. Edwardo responded to our questions on a timely matter. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

It is exactly as in the pictures. Nothing fancy but nice to stay in. The area is quite and safe. The rooms are just as in the pictures. Perfect for large groups. The only thing that can be improved is the dryer because you have to move almost outside in order to reach the outlet but other than that, thumbs up.
