10 minutes away from almost everything in San Juan, great food around and very friendly people

Airbnb on Ashford Avenue is the best. It is centrally located near everything you need: restaurants, a food mart, coffee, breakfast, Starbucks, and CVS, to name a few. The bus is on the corner, taking you right in front of Playita Condado and to the bus depot. You can walk from there to OSJ. One bedroom is perfectly sized. The bathroom is huge! The pool is adequate. You will often be alone at the pool therefore peaceful and quiet!. Laundry machines downstairs $2.50 wash/dry. Host is responsive. Kitchen is stocked w/ the necessary items if you wish to cook. Walmart is walkable.

My stay here was very nice. It’s conveniently located across from the beach and many restaurants. The pool was very nice. The area is very busy. There is some street noise from loud cars and construction. There is a nice sea view. Great value!

Excellent hosts, great location. Only detraction was loud construction next door and street noise, however a white noise machine took care of that. The beach is literally steps away and many good restaurants in the area. We’ll be back!
