The apartment is very clean and shiny. The apsis fully equipped in the kitchen and the bathroom too. The location is perfect restaurants, casinos, bars, pharmacy and very important the beach 5 minutes away. Thanks Edward for your hospitality. See u soon.

The place is small and not up to date. But for the price and location, you can’t beat it. Edward was very helpful and always responded with anything i needed or questions that I had. The building feels very safe (you need a key for everything) but I felt at home and would definitely stay again.

The problem was the racing of cars up and down ashford and blasting music till 4 AM . There were two of us no
sheets pillow etc to have one sleep on couch ! Lack of towels , lack of toilet paper ! Had to buy ! Other wise the place was great ! Directions to get the key were not proper ! The area to get the key was dark and little seedy ! The apartment itself once we found the lock box and we get it was fine ! Extremely tight security which was great ! I do recommend this place for sure ! Thank you again !

Edward’s place is in a perfect location. There’s so much to see and do within a short walk or drive (or uber ride). Great restaurants and right up the block from Condado Beach. As a solo traveler- I felt incredibly safe and taken care of during my stay at Edward’s place. I certainly look forward to coming back again soon! Thank you!

Good location to uber everywhere but the unit is not very clean. Nowhere to hang clothes and the bathroom sink shoots out water like crazy (high pressure so you end up getting water on your clothes and the surrounding area)
